Southern Cross was formed in late 2013 by Terry Petyt and Johan Heath who are both South African Chartered Accountants - CA(SA)’s and together have over 14 years front line offshore financial services experience in the Cayman Islands.

Southern Cross’s Principals bring a broad mix of offshore experience having successfully worked with insurance captives, offshore trusts, private equity, structured financing,mutual and hedge funds - both directly in industry and indirectly with a ‘big 4’ audit firm.
